Losses people bring here

- The death of a parent, partner, child, friend or pet
- A divorce or a long relationship that ended
- A miscarriage or a pregnancy that did not happen
- A move, a retirement or a career that ended before you were ready
What we do in sessions

Mostly we talk. Grief does not follow stages in order, and I will not ask you to fit one. Some clients bring photos or letters. Some want help with the practical weeks after a death, such as going back to work.
Questions about grief and loss counseling
Is it too soon, or too late, to start?
Neither. Some people call the week after a death. Others call years later, when something brings it back. Both are reasons to call.
